This award was given during the Negosyo MSME (Micro Small and Medium Enterprise) Summit last July 8, 2009 by President Gloria Arroyo held in Manila. The award was given together with the Presidential Citations for Best Practices. The event is spearheaded by Go Negosyo together with its partners in the government and private sectors.
