DINAGYANG 2009 COMPLETE SCHEDULE

Here is the complete flow of activities in Iloilo Dinagyang Festival 2009 - "BEST TOURISM EVENT IN THE PHLIPPINES" by Department of Tourism. Diangyang bagged the recogntion for i think 3 consecutive years. Iloilo is also considered to be the Festival capital of the philippines.
